Shipping policy

 

All items are sold ready to ship from the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, Canada.

NORTH AMERICAN wide Shipping via Canada Post and Fedex. At this time I am unable to ship to US P.O. boxes.

TARIFFS & DUTIES -As of December 2025 My ceramics products fall under CUSMA (Canada, US, Mexico Agreement) and should be exempt from tarrifs. But with all this said it is still possible that extra fees still may be applied by the boarder, state or Courier. *US customers are responsible for any additional costs related to customs, tariffs or duties. 

SHIPPING COSTS- Shipping costs are in Canadian Dollars and best estimated to cover the cost of shipping. If in the end the shipping fees paid are over by more than a few dollars, a refund of the difference will be issued. 

LOCAL PICK UPS- Free contactless Local pick-up is an option at checkout for those in and near Duncan B.C. Canada, just select Customer Pick-Up at checkout to waive the shipping fees. Customers will be contacted to arrange a time and for location info within 24 hours.

All packages are sent with tracking numbers and parcel insurance.

Order will be dispatched to the post within 2-3 days of being ordered. Approximate shipping time of 4-8 business days. Longer for US bound parcels, US Customs processing time dependent.

WILL COMBINE ORDERS - if you put through two separate orders on a restock day to the same name and address. I will pack them together (if it can all fit), and issue a refund for the difference once the parcel is packed and weighed.

**Double check you've input the correct mailing address. If you have made an error in your mailing address, contact me right away by email, ceramicsbyjenny@gmail.com to correct it. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with providing inaccurate mailing addresses; the initial shipping fee, return to sender fee & ship again fees (if you wish to resend). Needless to say it's expensive and a hassle, so let's avoid that by double checking those addresses please!
