Return Policy
I do not do returns for change of mind or damage after use. I do issue replacement or refunds on lost or damaged items in shipment (details below).
Damaged During Shipping - If a package arrives damaged and the ceramics within are broken, please save all packaging materials (packing peanuts and all) and broken ceramics for photographing.
-If you are located in Canada: you will need to contact Canada Post RIGHT AWAY to start the claim; you can let me know of course too, its just the customer that needs to start it.
-If you are located in the US: contact me with all damaged info and pics RIGHT AWAY and I will begin the claim process.
From there, Canada Post will contact me to finalize the claim and I will send you a replacement of the product as close as possible to the design of the original item purchased. If an acceptable replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages- If your package is a no show and the tracking says it's delivered, you will need to contact Canada Post within 72hours of its stated delivery time to make a claim (if in the US, contact me). If tracking is not working and it's past the latest expected delivery day, you then have 72 hours to contact Canada Post (contact me if your in the US) to find out more/make a claim if needed. Canada Post will then contact me to finalize the claim and I will send you a replacement of the product as close as possible to the design of the original item purchased. If an acceptable replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
