Return Policy
I do not do returns for change of mind or damage after use. I do issue replacement or refunds on lost or damaged items in shipment (details below).
Damaged During Shipping - If a package arrives damaged and the ceramics within are broken, please save all packaging materials (packing peanuts and all) and broken ceramics for photographing. Please contact my right away and we will begin the claim process with the carrier and I will send you a replacement of the product as close as possible to the design of the original item purchased. If an acceptable replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages- If your package is a no show and the tracking says it's delivered, you will need to contact the carrier within 72hours of its stated delivery time to make a claim (if in the US, contact me). If tracking is not working and it's past the latest expected delivery day, you then have 72 hours to contact the carrier (contact me if your in the US) to find out more/make a claim if needed. Once a claim is complete, I will send you a replacement of the product as close as possible to the design of the original item purchased. If an acceptable replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
