"DO YOU DO PRE-ORDERS/WAITLISTS/WHOLESALE?"-No, I do not offer this. Pieces are made available to everyone on restock days when they are finished and ready to ship.

CART ITEMS NOT ON HOLD!!!-
Items in your cart are NOT SAVED.  Only once you have completed your checkout, is it officially yours. *example: if three people have the same mug in their cart, the first person to checkout will get it, and for the other two shoppers the mug will become unavailable / no longer be in their carts ): this is a bummer, I know.  I'm always trying my best to make more of the pieces that sell the fastest, and if they sell fast I'm likely to continue making that design!  If you miss out on a hot piece, I'm sorry and I understand that it is disappointing. Please know there will be more in the next restock!

COMBINING ORDERS- Often folks will check out with the first piece they most desire, then go back to see if they can snag a second (this is to avoid having that first item disappear from your cart while you look for another). If you put through two different orders on a restock day (with the same recipient name, to the same address, otherwise let me know or I'll have trouble spotting it), I will do my best to combine them and issue a refund for any shipping overages once I'v got your parcel ready to go!

"HOW FAST DO YOUR PIECES SELL OUT?" -A lot of the time, quite quickly. It is best to be at the restock right on time for your best change to snag a piece. Some designs sell out in a matter of seconds/minutes. I am not able to offer pre orders for future restocks, but will do my best to make plenty of the items that sell out fast for the next round! Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

"CAN I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT FOR A FASTER CHECK OUT?"- Yes!

"WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE ON YOUR WEBSITE?" - All the kinds (icons listed at the bottom of my website)!

"I'M AT YOUR WEB ADDRESS AND IT'S RESTOCK DAY, HOW DOES IT WORK?"- All items will be viewable/previewed as "SOLD OUT" before the restock. If you are at ceramicsbyjenny.ca minutes or even seconds before the stated restock time, you will need to hit REFRESH on your device when the hand strikes the hour for the stated restock time. Once it reloads all new inventory will be available for purchase!

 
LOCAL PICK-UP- Live close to Duncan BC Canada and want to pick up/save on shipping? Choose the local pick up option at checkout. I will email you within 24 hours to arrange for a pick up time.

QUANTITY ONE- Every mug and tumbler has its own listing (Quantity: 1), you cannot toggle to quantity 2. With the nature of ceramics and glazes every piece has its own uniqueness and this way you see photos of the exact piece you're ordering.

RESTOCKS, AVAILABILITY- Every piece is handmade by myself.  In addition to pottery I am a mom to a couple of littles; so my ceramics production is currently part time. Restocks are roughly every couple of months, of about 80 pieces give or take (less often if I'm attending local markets). Due to the small nature of my pottery business, my pieces are only available for purchase through my website and a few markets a year on island.  At this time I do not offer wholesaling and I am unable to be open for custom orders or pre orders.
